We make this relish by soaking figs in spiced vinegar before chopping and gently cooking them with rich dark sugar. The result is a relish which is at once tangy and sweet, perfect for soft cheeses.
Cucumber & Pepper Relish
This colourful relish is made from a combination of fresh cucumber and red and green peppers. In the best tradition of “Bread and Butter” pickles it has a delicious sweet-sour tang.
